Go to bed.

Fall asleep before you feel hungry.  It's a great way to skip the stupid mind battles, like these:
  1. It's OK, I can always skip my breakfast. (Will you really? Even if you skip breakfast, you will probably end up having a big lunch and dinner)
  2. It's only 100 calories per pack. (Not a lot of people will stop right there)
  3. I am still thiner than my important partner. (Come on!)
  4. I swear I will hit the gym tomorrow. (This is like borrowing the calories you could burn from the future, and when you're really in the gym, you are gonna pay it back with interest. )

WE are our own enemies

My weight was between 98 to 100 pound when I was a teenager.  I know some people would think that I am far away from being fat.  But I was still chubby compare to some girls in my school.

Well, the facts that I didn't fully understand how important image is for a teenage girl until 22, my hair was as short as my brothers, I would skip classes to play basketball until I dropped, and treated myself a big meal packed with lots of meat.....I had lots of friends but I was totally not in the game of love when I was young.
