Fall asleep before you feel hungry. It's a great way to skip the stupid mind battles, like these:
- It's OK, I can always skip my breakfast. (Will you really? Even if you skip breakfast, you will probably end up having a big lunch and dinner)
- It's only 100 calories per pack. (Not a lot of people will stop right there)
- I am still thiner than my important partner. (Come on!)
- I swear I will hit the gym tomorrow. (This is like borrowing the calories you could burn from the future, and when you're really in the gym, you are gonna pay it back with interest. )
